Neill Collins BradleyAttorney

Though Neill has called the Richmond area home for many years, he grew up on the rural Eastern Shore of Virginia where everyone knows each other so how you treat people is important. There, Neill learned that people are deserving of respect and dignity and should be treated fairly, with honesty and integrity. He has carried these lessons with him and puts them into practice in his professional career.

Neill joined Smith, Barden & Wells, PC, in 2019 after serving the public as the Chief Magistrate of the 6th Judicial District for seven years. He is an approachable, client-focused attorney who diligently represents his clients in general litigation, family law, estate planning, and traffic/criminal law.

Neill earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from James Madison University and his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. He is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, the Chesterfield County Bar Association, and the Henrico County Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all Virginia courts.

Neill has a deep connection with the outdoors and enjoys hiking and camping with his family. He also gets great satisfaction out of woodworking, classic rock, and visiting Virginia wineries and breweries with his wife.
