The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted the communities in which we live and work. The health and safety of our employees, their families, our clients, and our community remain our priority, and we will continue to closely monitor federal, state and local alerts.
Smith, Barden & Wells, P.C. and its dedicated team members currently remain in operation. Our firm has invested significant time and resources over the years in ensuring it has sufficient technological capacity in an effort to provide uninterrupted client services during a crisis such as COVID-19. So, whether it is working in the office or working remotely, we expect to remain in operation and otherwise be there for our clients through these times. We are completing all of our consultations and conferences with clients via telephone in an effort to limit the amount of people we are coming into contact with. Therefore, our office doors are closed to walk-ins, but our clients can drop off any documentation through the drop-slot in our front door. If you are scheduled to meet in person with one of our attorneys for a real estate closing or other signing, please ring the bell for admittance. All of our files and documents are scanned in and saved electronically so we can continue to work on your matter regardless of our physical location.
Given the constantly evolving nature of this COVID-19 crisis, Smith, Barden & Wells, P.C. will provide updates to the extent there are any critical changes to its business operations.
